This project involved the full interior finishing works for a collection of six luxury villas, covering a total area of 1,200 square metres. The brief was to deliver a refined, high-quality finish throughout each property, combining durability, elegance, and meticulous craftsmanship. Our scope of works included plastering, screeding, feature ceilings, and decorative mouldings—each element contributing to the overall character and value of these premium residences.
The plastering works formed the foundation for the interiors, ensuring all walls and ceilings were prepared to a flawless standard. Our team applied smooth, even coats with expert precision, creating the perfect surface for painting and further decorative treatments. Extra attention was given to corners, edges, and transitions to achieve crisp, clean lines that reflect the high-end nature of the project.
Screeding was carried out across all floor areas, providing a level and stable base for the final flooring materials. Given the size and layout of each villa, this phase required careful planning and methodical execution to ensure complete uniformity. The end result was a strong, even foundation capable of supporting a variety of floor finishes while maintaining long-term performance.
The installation of feature ceilings brought a unique architectural element to the villas. Designed to enhance spatial character and integrate with lighting systems, these ceilings added depth, style, and a sense of luxury to key living spaces. Each installation was carried out with precision to ensure perfect alignment and symmetry, complementing the overall design vision.
To further elevate the interiors, we installed decorative mouldings throughout selected spaces. The works were delivered over a 16-week programme from January to April 2025.
